Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our fence installation and repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
BlueRidge Bethesda Fencing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
Services Provided
We provide professional fencing services including installation, repair, and replacement of various fence types. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location within our service area.
By requesting a quote or scheduling a service, you acknowledge that final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on site conditions, material availability, and project complexity discovered during the work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule for all fence projects. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work on larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the work performed.
We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days of project completion may be subject to late fees.
Property Access and Responsibility
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that any pets are secured during our visit. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features that are not properly marked before we begin work.
It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or homeowners association approvals before we begin installation. We can provide guidance but cannot guarantee approval from third parties.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of fence and materials used.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, accidents, improper maintenance, or alterations made by parties other than BlueRidge Bethesda Fencing.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to landscaping, existing structures, or underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
